Charles I. Kampinski is the Managing Partner of Kampinski & Roberts. He has represented victims of medical malpractice, negligence, catastrophic injury, intentional tort, products liability, and insurance coverage disputes across Ohio since 1974. Throughout his career, Chuck has obtained some of Ohio’s largest recoveries on behalf of victims and their families, including settlements and verdicts in excess of one million dollars in well over one hundred cases. Chuck obtained a verdict in excess of $27m against Greyhound Bus Lines.

Sinai, 69 Ohio St. 3d 638, which was a landmark personal injury and medical malpractice case dealing with a hospital’s negligence in a failure and delay in diagnosis matter where punitive damages were awarded due to defendant’s altering of records.
