Jay Salamon, a Senior Attorney with Kampinski & Roberts, has worked in many types of litigation during his forty-year legal career. Previously, his practice was primarily concentrated in the area of investment litigation and arbitration, representing victims of fraud or negligence committed by stockbrokers, investment advisors, life insurance agents, and other sellers of financial products and services. But throughout his career, the type of work he has always found most gratifying has been the representation of persons who have suffered catastrophic injury due to medical malpractice, defective products, negligence, and intentional torts. Having worked closely with Chuck Kampinski and Kristin Roberts on catastrophic injury and medical malpractice cases for many years, he decided to join the firm of Kampinski & Roberts.
Jay works collaboratively with the firm’s trial lawyers, making use of his exceptional research skills and his talent for drafting clear and persuasive legal arguments. He researches complex and sometimes unresolved issues of law and writes significant briefs and memoranda that are filed on behalf of our clients.
